  • 松茸汽锅鸡

主料:鲜松茸2-3只、鸡全翅、鸡腿(共约750克)
辅料:生姜20克、香葱20克
调料:料酒1汤匙、盐1/2茶匙、增味型川野山珍精

烹制方法(fa):

1.鸡(ji)腿鸡(ji)翅清洗干净(jing);

2.鲜松茸冲洗干净(jing),切片滤水备用;

3.生姜切大片,香葱打结;

4.鸡(ji)(ji)翅鸡(ji)(ji)腿切小(xiao)块,再将切好的鸡(ji)(ji)块放(fang)入开水(shui)锅内(nei),焯烫2分钟;

5.捞出鸡(ji)块(kuai)洗(xi)净(jing),把鸡(ji)块(kuai)放入汽锅内,再放入鲜松茸;

6.依次(ci)加入(ru)葱结、姜片、盐、增味型川(chuan)野山珍精(jing),再(zai)放入(ru)料酒;

7.高(gao)压锅内加(jia)足量的水大火烧开,加(jia)盖(gai),不加(jia)限压阀(fa)(fa),把汽锅直接放置(zhi)到高(gao)压锅盖(gai)上,高(gao)压锅的气阀(fa)(fa)对准汽锅的底部(bu)空腔;

8.把汽(qi)锅盖(gai)子盖(gai)好,中火(huo)蒸制30-40分钟即可。
